गैर जमानती वारंट जस्टिस अजय सिंह राजपूत की कोर्ट से जारी हुए हैं। जानकारी के मुताबिक प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) भी सौरभ चंद्राकर और रवि ऊपर के खिलाफ रेड कॉर्नर नोटिस जारी करने जा रहा है। दोनों को इनके विदेशी ठिकानों से भारत लाने की तैयारी हो रही है। पिछले दिनों खबर आई थी कि सौरभ चंद्राकर और रवि उप्पल श्रीलंका में गिरफ्तार हो गए हैं। हालांकि इसके बाद इनकी गिरफ्तारी को लेकर कोई अपडेट नहीं आया।

एक बड़ी बात और इस संशोधन विधेयक में शामिल की गई है जो गेम्स कंपटीशन और एक्टिविटी के तहत खेले जा रहे हो और जिनमें पैसा लगाया जा रहा है चाहे वह स्किल हो या चांस हो, वह भी इस विधेयक में शामिल है। इसके साथ-साथ कसिनो, गैंबलिंग, हॉर्स रेसिंग और लॉटरी इन सब को एक साथ रखा गया है। संशोधन अध्यादेश के मुताबिक, गेम्स प्रोवाइड करने वाली कंपनी को सप्लायर माना गया है और उनको यह टैक्स देना होगा। इस विधेयक में एक और बात शामिल की गई है जो लोग इलेक्ट्रॉनिक प्लेटफार्म पर बैटिंग, गैंबलिंग, हॉर्स रेसिंग, ऑनलाइन मनी गेमिंग, कसिनो और लॉटरी आदि उपलब्ध करा रहे हैं उनको सप्लायर माना जाएगा।
