Considering that the Tamil Nadu government may approach the Supreme Court after the High Court’s decision on banning poker and rummy, Gamescraft, Junglee Rummy and Games24*7 can file a caveat in the Supreme Court in this matter. The Tamil Nadu government had declared poker and rummy as games of chance and banned them. After this, these three companies challenged this decision in the Tamil Nadu High Court. On this, the Tamil Nadu High Court had called both these games as skill games and canceled the government’s decision.
